Adrenal Insufficiency
In the outpatient setting when I'm evaluating somebody for adrenal insufficiency because I'm also looking at their mineralocorticoids. In the hospital though, it's kind of moot because if they're coming into the hospital, they're going to need to be treated for the adrenalInsufficiency. And usually the doses of medications we use in the hospital cover both my glucocorticoid and my mineralocortes. So it doesn't really matter that they don't have one or both or what have you because I'm going to end up treating them either way.
