Make the Best Use of the Time
When there's something I've asked someone to do I keep a list on my own end and I check in on them to make sure that they're actually doing the thing I asked them to do. During your weekly review sends an email send a text say hey any update on that thing I sent you great way to keep those open loops from nagging your brain so you can deal with loose endsYou can look ahead you can also reflect on the week I think that this is something that we often fail to do and that's to think back on how we spent our time but it's helpful if you don't ever pause to reflect on how you're spending your time you're not going
