The West Inquiry - Anna McFall

Anna McFall was found dismembered and bound with cord in a shallow grave. Fred West refused to offer any further insight into Anna's whereabouts, instead gloating that she would never be found. Charmaine West was discovered buried 6 feet deep in the backyard by the rear door of the flat. Her kneecaps, part of her breastbone and a number of her wrist, ankle, finger and toe bones were missing. Investigators believed that Fred had actually kept them as macabre keepsakes of his crimes.
