How Do You Create a Competitive Environment in Practice?
Trevor: I believe in creating the atmosphere in practice that is as much like a game as possible. Then i always like to add the pressure of the score, because sometimes when there's a score o people start to play it safe. And so what i tell kids is this, never let the number on the score word rob you have an opportunity to grow.
