How to Tip a Barista

US Department for Labor: A tipped employee is in a job where they regularly get more than $30 per month in tips. An employer of a tipped employee is only required to pay $2.13 an hour if the tips can make it up to the national minimum wage of $7.25. Most states, though, have their own higher minimum wage amounts and Washington state has the highest at $15.74. We sent the BBC's Bianca Silva to see how workers and customers are feeling about the changes.
