Don't do stuff that looks like your sport. Instead of balancing on a bosout ball, maybe increase your balance by squatting and dead lifting. When you get stronger, your balance improves at the same time, for sure. i can feel way more what's going on in the front of my boots, because i'm staying way more in the front Of My Boots.
