You're Never Going to Be Able to Make Everyone Happy
i think sometimes we forget these things. And so i wanted to first start off by just sharing, like, here's the reality, you're never going to be able to make everyone happy. So then that leads to the third point, third reason, which is that those who like you for you, not for what you can do for them, could actually suffer the consequences of you chasing the approval of every one. There's a way to have boundaries without actually especially within your relationships. It's actually one of the kindest things we can do, even though it feels kind of hard.
