i want to start off with understanding what is the difference between war crimes and genicide. I think that people are conflating the two when they're looking at the issue. And then the question of a, is this a public service, or is this something to be monotized? It has real ramifications for the open dialogue in discussion that we're trying to foster. We'll talk about how the digital age has changed the collection of information.
