How to Fast for a Workout

The only time that I am able to work out is in the morning and it would be early like 6ish am normally though I'm fasting starting at like 830 pm and then I don't need to get until like lunch sure um or like a late lunch really so I guess for me I'm a little confused as far as like what would be best for me. of yeah in the study it was right before the workout like like an pre-workout snack type of scenario.
