He went to Freud and the other analysts and said you know like I really think that what the problem is here is that these people are incapable of or just never experiencing a genuine discharge at an actual orgasm where the built up libido is discharged. The more in detail he asks his patients about their sex lives the more he realizes oh mg I'm a little out of date there. He begins to see that the people who actually start getting better through therapy are the people who a start to have some kind of a regular sexual life, say it actually gives them pleasure.
