I think what you're talking about is ultimately sexism and that comes in a lot of different conversations. It's really a daily issue, would you say? There's no way that you can walk down the street and not experience sexism. We still haven't cracked how women train around their periods. So there's just so much more to do. But I think the short answer to your question is to use the data to look at their evidence... To treat this as a serious academic problem that we need to address.
