The Importance of Customer Empathy in Innovation
Business leaders traditionally approach it one way, but what about with this innovative approach. Let's talk about customer empathy and how an innovator would solve a problem by looking through that lens. I love that element of the innovators toolkit is thinking and that empathy. So sometimes you say every every innovation has to start with a customer. It doesn't have to. You can start again with any building block of your business wall.
