Postlight's design team is specially good at getting down to the root question. And then figuring out how to solve that root problem, rather than how to address the customer request. Sometimes you will have a customer problem that really resonates with the corevision of the product and it trumps a lot of other things that were in your road map. Those things are really, can be really valuable and really impactful.
