The Disastrous Procurement Situation in the West

Military institutions in the West are often called out for being slow to innovate. Procurement is one bottleneck, Are there others? So I think I came in with some preconceptions and I've actually been very encouraged by some aspects. The use of autonomous platforms by the West has really been focused on autonomy for getting a full operating picture of what's happening.
