The History of Sri Lanka

In the future, if new superpowers exist or emerge, they will certainly be tempeded to take over Socotra. Historically, there has been an Indian presence there way before any Arabic presence. If you see the people of Yemen, most of them look like Indians. There is no difference ethnically, culturally, genetically, even linguistically, between the people of Sri Lanka and the people of India.
