There's a lot of other reasons for weight shifts and fluctuations. I mean, I've had patients who've lost 80 pounds during a hospital stay because all of it was water from heart failure that I needed them pee out over the course of a couple of weeks. It's complicated in that setting. So I don't know that that's the best place to do those kinds of things compared to stable outpatients with somebody who they're going to see and follow up with over time.
