Are We Starting to See Advocacy and Messages in State Races?
We definitely are seeing some competitive races, you know, democratic candidates particularly trying to pivot to abortion and make that a central issue in their campaigns. I'm also interested in the Texas governors race which no one was expecting to be close but it's now the closest it's been since the 1990s. It's obviously a deep red state but Republican governor Greg Abbott, he's seeking a third term saw his poll numbers drop recently since jobs came down.
