Women in the Office - The Real Risk Is Not So Much Offich Musing
Redyn: I really, i do really think that it's a spectrum. And the people that are a, i'll say, more politically savag ah, they still add value, right? It's but they're, they're the net workers. They're connecting there. The real risk is, and this disproportionately, a negatively impacts, traditionally, women. What i don't want to see is a rebound back to where the office becomes the place where merit is determined, and people are promoted based on that. That's bad. We need to keep some of the hybrid world that we've had over the last two years. Wou live in such different worlds.
