The Paradox of Meditation - Is There a Hierarchy of Experience?
The duca tatt a paradox meditation, that is the paradox of meditation. If you're not even aware of the fact you fail, what if, what if? What if the bell goes off, it's been 20, 30, forty minutes, and only then you go, oh, shi, i wasn't aware of a single fucking thing. So that moment is, is is. I don't think that moment is actually going to do me very much good as a practical matter.
