I think it is relatively more common for unitarians, at least the non-universe list, to have something like glorification or theosis as a very heavy emphasis. The most famous unitarian, William Ellerily Channing, who has a big statue of himself in the Boston public garden, one of his most famous sermons is likeness unto God. He didn't have that word, but it was the same idea. I'm not sure who the average unitarian is.
