Is There a Problem With a Graphics Designer?

Paint coat was always the like, last resort. There's something in it, in an icon that i need or i need to change,. And so i do it in paint coat. But i just from a a graphic and designed perspective, really struggle there. I have like a folder of thit's just full of these icons somewhere on my computer.
