Leaders do not have to be great by being intellectual geniuses or omniscient prophets to succeed. But they do need to have the right stuff, and this stuff is not equally present in all people. If you have an area of weakness, if you're smart, you'll bring people onto your leadership team that compliment your areas of weakness. That's fine as long as I can admit it.
