Investing in the UK Real Estate Market?

The UK market is a robust economy going through some great challenges. We were very active in post the GFC in the resi marketplace over there. I think Europe and the UK will be a 23 and 24 opportunity set, but certainly the US is our primary focus right now. Do you have any interest in big European bank that might be going through some distress? Would you ever be interested in acquiring certain aspects of that business?
