Decision Transformer

The cake is in some sense like the foundation to understand the world to perceive and understand the world right. Decision transformer is the cherry it doesn't look at the cake part. I do hope there's like a large pre-trained model for medicine too I think that would be awesome. We haven't reached those points yet but it's good to be optimistic about it.
