How to Facilitate a Coaching Conversation

In order to develop some coaching, as i was always said, there has to be some sort of standardization. And a lot of this conversation is going to be around really trying to facilitate as much delineation ffacts and emotions and needs and tasks. So exactly that giraff framework that we use when we want to guide someone through a behavior or change conversations. We've got a whole a blog post on giraffe language, but i really like that structure.
