We have created a culture that we become afraid of the silence. The noble silence practised in her retreats, when it starts at nine 30 and it leads all the way to after walking meditation - which is a long time of silence. And for me, i love the mornings. That's why we do our meditations early in the morning. Because there is something very sacred about the morning. Is when the day is beginning. I am awake, my my energy is starting up.
