I'm Sorry, He's Actually Going to Jail or Not?

I don't know if he's actually going to jail or not. He was on the boat while, like, the fets confiscated. I think he was arrested for some they were reciperaly defrauding someone or something. The government anticipates a certain amount of lawsuits will come from this and that people will have negative side effects. It doesn't mean it's safe, it means that only an acceptable amount of people will die from this. And it's workin the risk.
