Half-path patients are challenging candidates for. fibrillation like many of them are are extremely obese and if they're extremely obese it's more radiation exposure. It's tougher access, higher respiratory complications and the results are clearly worse than those obese patients but it's a very header at least my exposure to half-path it's very heterogeneous these patients in terms of some are skinny some are obese some are old some are young you know so it's very hard to wrap your hand around it But I think that's an unexplored area of how to treat these half-path patients with AFib and what their role is of catheter bleision this will figure out the next two three
