The Importance of Asking Open Questions

We have a huge problem with leadership organizations right now in general too. We're very behind on asking open questions or having the trust that asking an open question could lead to a better result than the first knee jerk solution. People see becoming a manager as a manager of the product and the decisions that get made there instead of a manager of people.
