No matter how much progress you make materially through new tech, more people, any sort of advances, you are always dependent upon land. So stop the badness. There has to be a better way. What do you do? That is a better way according to Henry George. He says the solution is to make all land common property like some filthy commie. Wherever he say a comrade George.
