The commodity and energy sector continued to do incredibly well into early 2008, which I can only imagine at that point was huge confirmation of my narrative. So it's a perfect example of the illusion of knowledge. The more information that you gather about something, the more you feel like you have agency over it. And that certainly was the case for me in so many endeavors.
