Body Weight Work Is Not a Problem
Body weight work is not a problem if you decided to get into gymnastics especially as a male. The downside always with body weight work is the lower body stuff. If you were to learn practice gymnastics every day and combine that with hill sprints you probably would have everything pretty much done but did you see what I had to do already as I had to throw the hill in there for some kind of load.
