Do I Need a Formal Diagnose as an Adult?
If i believe that i am artistic and i am self identified and i am an adult, do i need to go get formal diagnosis? This is a really common question. Many of us are doing quite well actually, and don't particularly need the supports that we traditionally associate with atisom diagnosis. But if you have any question in your mind as to whether you are artistic, or whether you might be some other form of neridivergin, then i do recommend going and getting a formal diagnosis from a neuro psychiatrist.
