How to Choose the Right Test for the Right Time
I use a couple exercises to help guide people into what to test. One of the things I do is something called assumptions mapping. It's just a simple two by two where we say, okay, let's a map out where our risk is. And then how much evidence do we have that this is true? So you're looking for things that are really important, that you have no evidence to support.
