How to Be a Successful Teacher

Nikolai: Most of my main teaching skills was exactly what you're doing being in those classroom every day and that big challenge every day is tough. Many tasks, I have to finish them in one period and the period just for 45 minutes. Do your best and teach them to be independent learners so that at least hopefully the motivated ones will be able to keep going themselves. Nikolai: Maybe all of them don't want English when they get older. But the ones that do, you know, you can influence them and have a good effect on them.
