The Paradox of Poetry
Heidegger had a very complicated relationship to technology and to majority in that he saw them on the one hand as obstructions to the poetic, something more primordial. So perhaps if you take a place that seems to lack soul as your subject, but you treat it from the point of view of a poet, it's an interesting thing to meditate on. And ironically enough, it meets its evil twin or it's doppelganger or something because a tagline kind of looks like a poem as you were indicating as well.
