The Psychiatric History of a Middle-Aged Lady
She described herself as a warrior but had no previous psychiatric history. Over the last past several years, there was a significant increase in anxiety with symptoms of panic and encrowded environments. Her amyloid pet was positive for Alzheimer's disease. She performed pretty normally on all verbally mediated tasks. But she had great difficulty on psychomotor speed tasks such as coding subtests and simple search. In terms of visual spatial skills, they were the most significantly affected out of all of the different domains with moderate to severe reductions across most measures. The main difficulties are really on visual and visual constructional ability. Social cognition was preserved and her mood showed moderate anxiety otherwise. I didn't have any significant
