Face ID should work about as well for everybody, including older people. The passcode has retained its power. It's retained the keys to the kingdom. And maybe it's time to think about taking them away. If you go with the Marco solution, it was like, oh, it's a perverse incentive. I'll use biometrics.

  - Screen Time
    - Settings → Screen Time → Use Screen Time Passcode and don’t use the same passcode
    - Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → Account Changes → Don’t Allow
  - Venmo: Me → Settings → Face ID & PIN → Enable Face ID & PIN
  - Cash: Icon in the upper-right → Privacy & Security → Security Lock
