I kind of take away the performance budgets from goal setting in a lot of ways, because, you know, that's usually done at a higher up level. And yes, i've been through those same conversations. But you you know that you're going to play this silly game of if you come in with a realistic budget, they're going to push you for an extra five % on top of it.
