Cases That Really Have Had Impact

A case that was filed against Shell by a group in the Netherlands called Milia de France. The court ordered Shell to increase their emissions reduction targets so that they would be reducing emissions by 45% by 2030 and achieving net zero. Now Shell has appealed that case but I think it's a really interesting one because it shows firstly how the cases against governments that we saw sort of at the beginning of this process, are influencing the cases we're starting to see against corporations.
