Is There a United Nations Mechanism for Global Coordination?
I think there should be a mechanism. If the united nations is the mechanism that addresses these issues, that can be debated. Many people can argue that this is an organization that cannot address such issues. So my answer to this is that we have to figure out an institutionalized way to address these questions. I don't have the answer to that, but this is the only way to happen.
