The Life and Times of a Country Musician
I was, my dad put the guitar in my lap on the bed. I must have been five or six years old. It was too big for me to hold. Then we started going to church and he would put it in a chair up in the front of the church. I would stand and play and sing in church. When I was nine, somebody said, hey, you guys want to make a new piece? We did. And that's where I really started recording.
