The Confusion of Beta Blockers and Heart Rate
I find this a very difficult space. We don't really have great data on those things that should work like beta blockers, you know, the non-diato-pierdian calcium channel blockers. And then the confusing thing is that we always treat these people with diuretics when they're symptomatic and they get better. But in a way, if you're drawing people out and decreasing preload, you'd think that would make things worse. So it's a confusing space.
