How to Use a Fold to Control Your Program Flow
It's pretty easy to get yourself into a complicated situation with folds. It's extra work to do some of the time but there's other times when it really gives you something because you can jump into that loop that you're putting the fold through and send something else back out which I think is how Henry gets around maintaining state. You don't have to keep everything you can choose what you see and then work with that.
