Every single one of those classes are opportunities to try something, to reflect on it. Sometimes I might teach the same grade doing the same unit the same day and I'm able to perhaps change or adjust an activity just like we would in those circuit activities that we did in the coaching course. It really does help when those students take a little bit of control over their own learning and it's special to see. And it's also what we're trying to encourage. So I'm certainly happy when I see it. We've got about 140 names that I need to learn quite quickly because we know how important that is to having more meaningful interactions using someone's name is certainly high value.
