In 2008, the cosmetic industry thrived. Why? If times are tough and budgets are getting tighter, why do we always keep going back to makeup? Well, of course I came with an answer. For those of us who like to wear makeup, it has a noticeable effect on our moods. When you put on the look, you kind of, you feel good. You carry yourself a little bit differently. We make up, give some of us a little more confidence in our lives. Shitty boyfriend? Well, guess who's there for you? Lipstick. Awful kids? well, guess what? Fuck them. Just ride that to work.
