The myth that strength training stunts growth plate is a myth. Men actually complete the opposite when they do structurally loaded resistance training. We see positive changes in bonemin or density, even in younger age groups. When you come out of that growth spurt around sort of mid adolescence, your skeleton and and your whole kind of physiological structure is that little bit stronger compared to if you hadn't done it.
