The Mid-Market Index and EBITDA
The middle market index traded upwards of that 15 times EBITDA mark over the past 20 years. That band describes a floor of where these software names trade, and it's not wildly different than it was 20 years ago. I don't think EV-EDA multiples are coming down to 10 as a class; I think they're gonna stay in the mid to high teens or low 20s on average.
