ADHD Budget Workshop #1 Income & Fixed Expenses

ADHD Money Talk

CHAPTER

Bringing on the Expenses on the Budget Sheet

In cell B four, so two above V six, we want to put in our gross monthly income. This is simply your salary if you are an employee. And if you're a business owner, you can use the total revenue or whatever metric makes the most sense for you. So what are fixed expenses? For the rest of this episode, we're going to talk exclusively about fixed needs and wants. These are the easiest expenses to identify. All right. Now we can talk about the fun stuff, bringing on our expenses on to the spreadsheet. The scary part where you start facing the music, but it is often not as bad as you think.
