Jimmila: My mam did give me money for the first ten %. I mean, i had to come u with the remaining ten%. My mamma allowed me to stay home for the two years aconda was being built so i could save my money. What i like, as an encouragement to any one, is that i was tus to say, and if you don't have a parent that can give youo some money for a down payment, i think you can be what my mam was for me - help their daughter by their first conduct.
